This is the most amazing thing I’ve seen in a long time. Writer and “media inventor” Robin Sloan decided to write a book review in Javascript. Essentially it’s a review of a book about programming that makes the reader engage in a spot of programming him or herself. It’s beautifully done, and imbued with whimsy, humor and charming writing. I’d already decided to buy the book before I got to the end… and then Sloan includes helpful links allowing his readers to get it — from a library, a bookstore, or Amazon — which was the icing on the cake. Shown here: a screenshot from the experience. But really, get on over there and read it for yourselves.
